The staff are very good and kind and the room is perfect with a microwave. The hotel is in the very central location close to Downtown.

This hotel met all our needs in every way, would be happy to recommend. Every single thing was great. It was a marvellous location, a short walk from a bus stop.

The location is awesome, located conveniently near the airport, shopping areas, Christmas village, train station. The staff is courteous and helpful. It was a fantastic experience staying there.

location: the hotel was adjacent to the main bus station and other bus stops going to most of the places in rovaniemi, the bus stop for the santa claus village, and rovaniemi. the room was quiet and cosy, appreciated it.

In our well-equipped and quiet room with the street view bed was lovely. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge, enjoyed it. The staff was really friendly and amazingly nice providing assistance.

I truly enjoyed the twin room with a microwave, I wouldn't mind staying in there all day. The location was nice and unbeatable in a shopping area, near the train station, restaurants, supermarket, river side. , it was about a 20-minute walk from Ounaskoski beach.

my recent stay in rovaniemi was incredible and guesthouse outa made it even more memorable. from the friendly staff to the well-equipped room, i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the central location was a bonus, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
